Gift Setup Did Not Work

Very frustrating first experience.
The frame would connect but not show any pictures from the gift setup flow. I needed to hard reset the frame and reupload my photos to get it to work.

The Aura picture frame is THE BEST! We bought three of them for each special mother figure in our lives and they were a hit. Now we are wanting to buy one for ourselves! The shipping was fast and set up was relatively simple!

This is the best gift for families! My sisters and I got one for our mom for Mother’s Day. We were standing there crying watching these pictures of our families. I think every home needs one.

Super easy to order, love how I can set it up before it ships (with a note and pre-lpaded pictures), and how easy it was for my mom to get up and running by herself. Highly recommend this product. My grandma, aunt, and mom have frames and they race about them!

Bought this as a graduation present for my daughter who will be heading off to college this fall. And while she says she only wants pic of our cat Jojo downloaded, I'm sure I'll slip a few of the rest of the family in!

I love this frame so much. It is on our kitchen counter & everyone who comes over stops to view. . It is so special & the fact that our children can add pictures is terrific. It brings happy memories everyday.

Overall, I do recommend this product! I love my frame and the ways in which you can personalize your own slideshows. I also love that when you buy one as a gift, they let you pre-load pictures to it so that when the person receives it and plugs it in, they'll already see photos! The app, however, seems to crash a lot.
I contacted customer support due to the fact that my over 500 photos are set to "shuffle" every 2 minutes. I was only seeing a handful of photos. After giving them the serial numbers to both my Aura frames, they were able to do something that actually helped them shuffle better. So far, all seems to be working better, except the app. It still crashes.
