I love my Aura frame but…

I received my 1st frame Dec. 2019. Unfortunately it stopping working.
I’m not sure if 4 1/2 yrs of use is acceptable or expected?
I did contact customer support & they offered a % off. I did order another one as I love it so. Being able to remotely add pictures & then have them scroll is great.

I absolutely love my Aura frame. Set up was fast and easy. I like the share function with other family and friends. Would definitely recommend to others.

I enjoy seeing the pictures running all day. How often do you look at your photos in a book or even your phone? This frame is running silently throughout the day for your enjoyment. I very much enjoy the fact that the children in my home will actually interrupt their play because something about the frame caught their eye. They will actually take a few moments or even walk up closer. Then of course they continue play. You get to regulate everything about the frame. You have a network of friends and family that are all invited to sent you their photos.

WE bought an Aura Frame as a present for our son and the ordering, shipment and delivery process was perfect. ! Have not yet open the Frame.

Easy to set up. App is easy to navigate. I wish the frame didn’t need to be plugged in to work though. I’d buy this again
