Working with Aura customer spt to report my "negative" photo display on the current aura was very easy. They suggested a few things which didn't work and then gave me a link to order (buy)a new auraframe.
The new one came within the week of ordering. They even migrated all my photos to the new frame. My only regret is that I should have ordered a larger frame. But it's done and am enjoying the photos as they bring back memories.

The Aura has made my family happy! We love adding pictures on each other’s frames as family have moved across the states and as we find old gems!

After the learning curve of cropping pictures before downloading, I am happy with the results. Disappointed that the power cord was white and not black like the frame. Also that I could not delete pictures individually, if they were loaded as a group they all had to be scrubbed and start over.
That being said I would recommend this to a friend with added instructions.

This is my second Aura frame - 1 dedicated to grandchildren photos and another for trips. It is very easy to load pictures and I love having changing photos around the house.
