Wonderful. I received one as a gift I loved, and so I ordered one for someone else as a gift. Easy to navigate website. Arrived quickly. Very easy set-up.

I enjoy seeing the photos and the quality is great. The only drawback is that I am not able to easily add photos from one person's frame to another even though I have access to both within the app.

Excellent product! We received our frame as a gift and have now given two as gifts for others! My frame brings me delight everyday as we see photos pop up. It was a pleasure to dig through photos to preload those I gave as gifts. I highly recommend!

Excellent product, nearly flawless execution of a cool idea

The emotional-connection side of this product can’t be overstated. I purchased it for my 89-year-old father and set up the whole family with upload access. As the pictures started to download, he saw his own wedding pictures from 65 years ago, and it brought tears to his eyes. My mom has Alzheimer’s, so keeping him in touch with *good* memories is really important right now and the Aura frame is a beautiful way to do that.
The packaging is top-notch and the iOS software is smart and easy to use. Having Aura on the Share Sheet is a fantastic detail!
The one tiny negative: It might actually provide a better first impression to show a “We’re loading your pictures…” progress screen until at least 50 or so are downloaded, rather than showing just a few over and over again, which is how I recall it unfolding (it’s been a few weeks so I don’t remember for sure). The way it worked gave us the impression for a while that it wasn’t working quite correctly, but I think it was just downloading.

Excellent service! This is a great product for love ones that live far. We just had our first grandchild and are sending pictures so family members can keep up. The quality is excellent and easy to setup and use.

My package was delivered within the scheduled delivery timeframe, everything was intact. It’s a wonderful product, every household should have at least 1 Aura Frame; you no longer have to decide what you’re putting up on your home walls, you can have pics in your living room or any other room with all the pics you desire!!!! Just love it!!! I’m ordering one for a friend’s birthday right now!!!
