My experience with Aura was excellent. It is easy to use, my whole family was able to upload pictures for my grandpa and it was very easy to connect

I found the frame relativity easy to set up. I wish the instructions included the fact that if you want to post google photos, you must use auras email code provided to send to the frame. I don't like the fact there are only 2 choices for display- random and chronological. I would like to be able to arrange order myself. Also, I would like the instructions to include how not to display side by side for some pics. I would like to show some as a single pic. The crispest photos are from my Samsung S23. I've been sending photos that I took on my phone since 2008. The old Droid Razor Max pics aren't as crisp the Samsung S23 ones. Technology sure has changed!!!

We love this product!! We don't have a huge clutter photos everywhere. We can sit and when we least expect it, a memory will show up that we had forgotten about. Love, love, love it!

The ordering was fast and better yet simple. My frame arrived in just days!
My son set it up in minutes and he had photos up and running in minutes.
All those photos stuck on my phone are now being shown in my living room.
So easy to add photos!

Our son lives half way across the county. He sends pictures all the time, but sharing on our phones isn't always the best... now, all our friends can see them easily and the resolution is wonderful!
