It's easy to set up but buggy and not a great user experience. Shuffle doesn't shuffle through all the photos; the app randomly removes photos from the feed/frame even though they were there the day before. Following the suggested troubleshooting steps (restart, use chronological setting before switching back to shuffle) doesn't solve the issues. It's alright. I wish I would have researched the user experience more. Friends and family can't email the frame without creating an Aura account - which is disappointing. It might be better suited for people who want to use multiple frames and socially engage by sending and commenting on each other's frames which is not my use case. I wish shuffle worked better, loved ones could email to the frame without signing up for an Aura account, and the frame wouldn't randomly hide/remove photos. Every day I drink my morning coffee and spend time un-hiding photos in my auto-add album. I'm tired of it and will probably get a different frame.

This is my second purchase. I have been using mine for almost one year, and this purchase was for my daughter's 40th birthday celebration! She was trying to ignore this birthday, but she was very pleased when she received an Aura of her own!
