Great gift idea

Extremely easy to set up. Once it was set up, I was able to start enjoying the pictures sent from all my family members. It’s a great way to stay updated on events in their lives. I have purchased one for my daughter in law and getting ready to purchase another for the other one for her birthday. Absolutely love this frame, especially since we live in different states.

Carver Frame

My experience has been exceptional. I was given this frame as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, I placed the frame on an end table in my living room. My dog jumped up, knocked the frame off the table and it landed on the slate floor. The screen cracked, and it stopped working.
I reached out to Aura for a replacement, and their customer service representative Amanda, walked me through the entire process.
I am so appreciative of her helpfulness; I could have never replaced all my photos without her help. It's one thing when a company does their best to get you to buy their products. It's something totally different when the company stands behind their products for total customer satisfaction.
This is the type of company Aura Frames is. I would highly recommend Aura Frames to anyone who is looking for a timeless keepsake of their memories.

This is the 5th Aura I have ordered as a gift. It’s so wonderful being able to see friends and family pop up on the frame. We received one as a gift and love it.

Doesn’t Work With 5G Wifi

I absolutely LOVED this frame but sadly had to return it. I got it for when I returned to work from maternity leave so that I could see pictures of my baby throughout the day but I couldn’t connect it to the WiFi here at work. Had to go buy another kind of digital frame.
