I LOVE MY AURA FRAME

Many of my family members have an Aura frame and those that don't will get one for Christmas. I have a very big family who live all across the country. We all have access to each others frames and it is a great way to surprise others with new photos.

Aura was very quick on their response to help me with my frame that was not working. Since it was out of warranty, they offered me a new frame at a discounted price with a full warranty. Thank you Aura1

My Mom had a frame for several years. One day it stopped working. We contacted Aura about gettting a new power supply. They shipped us a new one for free, however that did not fix the problem. Aura gave us a 40% discount for a new frame and transfered 300 pictures from the old to the new frame. Very good service and very helpful. Mom is 85 and the photos are very important to her every day.

My first frame stopped working after a year. I did receive a discount to replace it but feel it should last longer

Our entire family has the Aura frames.
I cherish those pictures when they "roll" past. You just can't get the same pleasure seeing them on your phone.
I ordered one last week for a Christmas gift and received it the next day.
