Gift feature didn't work

The frames "gift" feature didn't work - the gift message didn't display. The frame works well and it is easy to set up. I wish you could add a "caption" to the photos.

My mom received one of these frames as a gift. I loved siting watching tv and seeing the pics on the frame- had to get one for myself. My grandkids can post, I can post on my mom’s and I love seeing our family events posted.

Best gift for your elderly parents

A work colleague mentioned the Aura frame to me and I thought it would be great for my 80 year old mother. I ordered it on the train on a Tuesday night while commuting home from work and it arrived at my house the very next day. I'm not technically savvy, but I found the set-up to be very easy. I was able to get my mother's wifi information in advance, so she was able to plug it in and immediately view pictures. This is such a great gift for older parents as they are impossible to shop for as they have everything they need.
