It’s user friendly. I got mine for Christmas last year, bought one for my Mom and Granny this year. I love how easy it is to load photos on yours and others frames to share photos.

The day after you get one for a gift. I love this. Set one up for my wife, and we stop and smile often during the day. It’s a 24 hour reminder of great moments in your life. I bought one within a month, for a family member, and I have two more that will be Christmas gifts. For anyone you need a "better gift" for….this is very thoughtful and will be loved by them

Our family bought an AURA frame for our stepdad for Father's Day. It was easy to set up and the fact that all of us can share pics is wonderful. We have bought one for my mother-in-law and I told some friends about it and they purchased AURA frames for members of their families.

Received the Carver frame as a gift and it failed within 2 years. Disappointing for what it is. The support team was responsive.
