I really like the Carver, but it could be better

Oddly, I own multiple digital frames, and Aura's Carver is the best. High point: I like the mobile and web-based photo upload methods. Others are phone-only apps, which greatly limits what photos I can easily use. Points for improvement: most photos these days are in vertical orientation (because they are taken with phones), but the Carver only shows in landscape orientation. It's a neat feature of pairing vertical pictures, but the result is making the already small pictures half their size. I would have appreciated an option to use the fame as vertically oriented. Also, videos are disappointing and the speaker is useless (or worse). Make sure to mute it if you are posting videos.

This gift has been amazing. Originally purchased for my Mom's xmas present, but the whole family has enjoyed seeing pictures form the past that were forgotten. It is a great way to get people in the kitchen and talking when company's around!
