Great Frame. I was leery of getting one since some digital frames we've had in the past were very finicky, didn't take certain file types and were hard to share pictures on. This is so easy and very user friendly the pictures look fabulous on the frame itself. So happy with our purchase!
We absolutely love our Aura frames. We have purchased half a dozen of them for family so we can quickly and easily share photos of our baby. Everyone loves them! But… the gift process sucks. We’ve spent the time setting them up in advance and only 1 of 6 frames actually had the gift come up as expected. For all the others, we had to do various workarounds and then load the pictures in again. Please fix that process!
This is the most stunning product that capture's all of my memories from over 6000 photos with my family, displayed beautifully on a 15-inch screen every day without pause.
Set up was easy and we are happy that we got the larger size. We have over 200 photos and videos rotating through so it is fun to glance over and see what is showing.
This was a Christmas gift for my mom. I ordered it and pre-populated photos to it but didn't "release" them to the frame because she would get a notification about the frame. She was excited when she opened it but got frustrated when we couldn't get the frame started or upload any photos to it. She brought it home and it would not connect to her network; and the app was still not working. Took her 3 days and a few chats with the help center when she finally decided to do a factory reset and it seems to be working now (knock on wood).
A bit of a rocky start with not much guidance, but I think she enjoys the frame so far now that it seems to be working.
The quality of the displayed images and frame itself is great. Incredibly happy with build of frame. The iOS app is sorely lacking. Frequently crashes on iOS 18.2. Has great difficulty with albums containing greater than 200 images. User interface is also not that intuitive. Lastly, not having a "select all" option consistently when managing images is a real pain. I hope the app improves with time (which it should).
