I love my Aura, relatives and friends that don’t live near can post photos on it so we can keep up with how interesting their lives have become and especially keep up with the growing interests of our younger loved ones we don’t get to see as often.

The setup was arduous as wouldn't recognize my phone. Once I figured out the glitch the rest went well and is now the centerpiece of our family room

Screen protector residue stuck to screen

I purchased a Walden frame but when I opened it the screen protector left a residue on the screen that was very difficult to fully remove. I was told this happened to a small number of Walden frames but the replacement that they sent had the same exact issue.

I would like to thank Laura for the excellent customer service. My questioned were answered in a time frame that exceeded my expectations.
I have received my frame but due to the fact that it is a gift it still remains unopened so it impossible for me to comment on its performance at this time but I have little doubt that it to will exceed my expectations.

Glass screen protector stuck to screen

I purchased the Walden as a Christmas gift for my wife and the glass screen protector did not remove cleanly leaving a film stuck to 80% of the screen. I did not want to go though the return process, so I spent hours cleaning the screen. It is not perfect, so I still may need to return her new Walden picture frame. We are still Aura frame fans and still recommend this product. If this happens to you, don't waste time experimenting with cleaning solutions and go directly to using packing tape to remove the film.

Everything has been great BUT.......

We like the gift BUT the protective film has been very hard to take off and is ruining the screen......I hope Aura reads this review and reaches out to me so that we can fix this problem. I may need you to send me a new frame unless you have a better idea
