Love my new large Aura frame.

Had a smaller one which I loved for ease of use and often watched.
Finally Aura came out with a bigger one. It is great, too. Love the bigger and great image which I can enjoy from further away.

Awesome experience. Have purchased a few for grandparents and family members. Easy set-up, love the fact you can pre-load photos before the frame even arrives, and the limitless amount of photos you can add. Also love that you can add photos from a computer, not just your iPhone!

Great Display - Software needs enhancements

I love the size and the display quality. Software could be better:
1- if you decide the place the frame horizontally, your portraits (or photos that are 7x5 size as opposed to 4x6 size) will be cut off. Wish the software was smart enough to “fit to frame”. I believe you can do it manually one picture at a time but I have too many photos to do this with my fingers
2- Walden doesn't have the photo match capability that Carver has
3- Initially I thought their shuffle logic was flawed cause it showed the same photo in a pool of 200 every 3-4 minutes. But no! The issue is when you upload 100 photos from Google Photos, it needs time … overnight to include them in the randomizer batch. Can still force display from the app right after upload
4- My long lasting pet peeve is lack of folders in the app. I wish I could have multiple folders to display. For example: my travel photos vs my dog. But I understand it is a business decision so people purchase multiple frames (see myself)

Awesome large digital photo frame

Finally got a digital frame and loving it. Large size shows the pictures easily. Simple to add photos to the frame and have others add as well. Tech support was responsive and helpful.

New Walden frame is beautiful. Great high-res 15" display. Was just adding to existing frame and wanted to get pix on both. Mark from customer service got back to me same day with instructions to get up and running. Very happy with both our frames. Keeps a great connection to our whole large family that is spread across the US and other countries. Highly recommend this product
