Works great. I don’t like that big round button.

I brought the Max shortly after release. My biggest disappointment was Ninja did not advertise they were releasing it and I had just purchased the FS301, so a decision had to be made because I do not need 2 slushi machines. And yes I must have the newer model. The only thing I don’t like is that big round button. Like why is it there? The previous model did not have any big buttons. Everything was sleek.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Git for Christmas and the whole family has taken over! We’ve used it daily since Christmas multiple times a day even though it’s cold outside. No complaints at all! Slushies are soft and smooth not icee, which I love. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

I just got this like a week ago or two and it’s already messing up dripping so much water and making a noise like if it’s being hit it said it would last up to 12hours but it didn’t even last 3. Very disappointing

Amazing appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't express how amazing this is! It's by far the coolest appliance I've ever owned. All you do is pour the liquid in and push the button. That's it. No adding ice, no pushing buttons, no standing there and trying to get it to the right consistency. It literally does everything for you! As a busy mom of two, this thing is a life saver for making special treats for my kiddos, or for parties, get togethers, etc. It's absolutely perfect for the upcoming holidays! It has a rinse cycle and you just pour the water in and dispense it. It's very heavy duty and not cheaply made at all! It's not super noisy either as you can hear in the attached video. I'd give it a hundred stars if I could!

I was worried it was gonna be hard to work but you push an assistant button and it does the work for you! It’s also very durable and not something easily broken! Very easy to clean and took me 10 minutes tops! Definitely a must have!!!!! So excited to make my family some holiday drinks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the best slushy testing day with our new Ninja Slushi Max with Slush Assist Technology, and it did not disappoint! We made punch slushies and pina colada ones — both turned out perfectly icy, smooth, and absolutely delicious. Everyone gave them a huge thumbs up.
It was super easy to put together right out of the box with clear instructions and no confusion. Cleaning it is simple too, though be ready for a little drip when you lift the container out — totally worth it for how good these slushies turn out.
The Slush Assist Technology keeps everything at the perfect consistency — no chunky ice, no overfreezing, just that perfect frosty texture every single time.
We’re already planning our next round — caramel frappuccinos are up next. This machine is a total game changer for family days, parties, and weekend treats. Everyone approved and officially our new favorite kitchen gadget.
