This is one of the best Lego sets I have ever built! Not just because I'm a Peanuts fan in general, but because of well-planned the concept was! I have built bigger Lego's like the Japanese Cherry Blossom Landscape and the Vespa, but this one was so wholesome to build! The fact that there are 3 ways you can put Snoopy as (sorry Woodstock..) is spectacular! The only thing I would've wished for is a Joe Cool outfit for Snoopy. I have a knockoff Lego that has Snoopy in a puffercoat. It is bigger than I expected, but thankfully it fits perfectly in my display! I definitely recommend this set for those who want to start getting into Lego's or even advanced Lego builders.
Stability problems? I think not. If assembled correctly, this is a very stable build. I’ve build over 300 sets from various makers. If you want instability, try assembling the underside of the large millennium falcon or one of the VW vans. This set has no such problems. Everything fits, no missing pieces and good instructions. Since I own a rescue that’s 7/8 beagle, I had to have this.
I really wanted to love this Snoopy set, but the build was frustrating. Pieces kept falling off during assembly, and attaching the roof was especially difficult. The finished model looks great, but it feels fragile and not very stable.
My daughter loved how it looked, but lost interest quickly because she was afraid of breaking it while playing. As a display piece it’s cute, but the build experience and lack of durability were disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear that playtime was cut short because your build isn't staying together! If you'd like help rebuilding, please give us a chat or call at LEGO.build/Service-BV and we'll be happy to assist.
I think this is a great build and tribute to Snoopy. Now we need a WWI Flying Ace Snoopy and Woodstock to go with it! Come on Lego, make us a Flying Ace Snoopy!
Most disappointing set I’ve ever bought. Snoopy does not stay together for balls, and if you have him on top with the typewriter, don’t breathe within 15 feet or he’ll fall off. Woodstock looks cheap (no pun) in person. Wish they would’ve spent more time to design a better Snoopy & Woodstock instead of the ginormous house that is out of proportion to hide the campfire sky (but no room for the extra legs and campfire to be stored) The Joe Cool off brand out there far surpasses this one for quality, which hurts so, so much to say.
Huge Peanuts fan and so eagerly awaiting this only to be a big disappointment.

Sorry that everything wasn’t awesome with your Peanuts: Snoopy's Doghouse set. We work hard to make sets that everyone can enjoy and your feedback helps us make them even better. We’ll share your comments with our design teams to help with future sets.
This was a set I had noticed on the Lego IDEAS page and was very excited to see had gone to market.
I will make a few comments about some challenges and recommendations relating to the build; these end very little to no way distract from the satisfaction of building the set, but may help those planning to build:
1. When building Snoopy, the instructions immediately reflect the configuration where Snoopy stands up, and it's not until after you build the entire set that the alternate configurations are presented; I found this a little bit confusing and was initially prepared to have to perform some major configurations on Snoopy's feet and legs; the positive is that unlike other sets with multiple configurations [such as the Creator 3in1 sets] this app provides the pieces to build all three of the possible configurations for Snoopy [standing, sitting on his house with the typewriter or around the campfire, or lying down on his doghouse] and it's easy to switch between the configurations
2. When building Snoopy, there were some unexpected brick combinations and spaces that made assembling Snoopy challenging once or twice, and I found that pieces would occasionally on snap until Snoopy was completely built; similarly, when building his dog house, I found that the walls were a bit unstable and tended to pop off until the entire house was completely assembled
With that said, the final build was very nicely sized to provide just enough detail to be satisfying for fans of Snoopy and Peanuts and it's now a centerpiece on a set of shelves that my wife and I have dedicated to our Peanuts collection of figurines and other items
I have been waiting for this for a while and it did not disappoint! The build was smooth and tons of fun. If you are a Peanuts fan, this is a must have for your collection. It is my favorite Lego now in my collection. Totally worth it!!
