Charger melted and became useless.

Used for a couple weeks. One day the charger port started smoking and melting the plastic.
Useless now. Past the 30day window of purchase.

Helio band is very amazing..Its very light weight and doesn't feel like we are wearing anything.Battery life is excellent. Once charged ,it goes easily upto 10 days.Tracking of sleep and steps are accurate.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use 2 devices to monitor heart rate. The Helio band and a Huawei Fit 3 and I believe that the helio band is rated much higher according to the "Quantified Scientist" youtuber. He highly recommends buying the larger bicep trap for a more accurate reading

Voila peu de temps que je porte le bracelet mais je suis ravi de l'expérience jusqu'à maintenant.
Ancien utilisateur des produits Polar (pour la notoriété et la précision réputée de leurs produits). Le produit physique est excellent. là où le bas blesse c'est leurs applications qui est plus qu'obsolète, incomplète et fourni une expérience utilisateur désastreuse.
À ce niveau, Helio est un game changer.
Je ne suis pas équipé pour tester la fiabilité et l'exactitude des données. Toutefois l'application est superbe, conçu intelligemment et "presque" complète. J'aurais aimé par exemple savoir le rythme cardiaque le plus bas et le plus haut enregistré.
De plus, les 10 jours d'autonomie annoncés est sous-évalué. J'ai fait plus de 11 jours avant recharge.
Je ne regrette pas mon achat!!
