Misleading purchase ...The faceless Amazfit Helio strap doesn't inform the buyer that it DO NOT vibrate once you reach your step goals. For a 99 dollar fit device this is at least one obvious feature it should have .
So far I am pleasantly surprised with the Helio Strap (in tandem with the T-Rex 3). It tracks HR surprisingly well (better than my old device), espcially during HIIT workouts with lots of movements. The app (Zepp) is also very insightful. It's only been 1 week, but so far I recommend!
I lost my Whoop and did not want to spend the money to replace it. I found this band and I like it more than whoop and it is much less. I highly recommend it.
I felt the item was bulky and uncomfortable to wear. I also hated that I couldn't measure my heart rate manually, which seems like it can only be done with a device with a screen. It felt a lot like my band 7, just without a screen so there was little benefit to using it.
This is helping me listen to my body and not overtraining. Some days, I have much more stress and added physical demand that I go home and still workout thinking I need to get it done and go hard. With this device, I’m reminded of how my sleep was the night before and how much energy It calculates for me having for the rest of the day along with the amount of energy I’ve already exerted. When I go over my recommended exertion for the day, I’m more likely going to injure myself for overtraining. I can focus on improving my recovery and getting to peak condition so I’m able to go hard on the days I’m truly recovered.
