Battery life and workout stats are good. I adjusted the workout sensitivity to low, because it kept sensing my workout cooldown as another workout. The sleep sensor is kinda meh, often I’ll wake up and laying in bed but it thinks I’m still sleeping.
After reading multiple reviews I decided to move from Whoop. So far so good I still learning the app…I don’t see certain data points like the biology age but I see the majority of the data point plus I love the food log
I bought this as I don’t like to wear my watch during workouts. I got the armband attachment and find it tracks all my metrics that I need. I don’t need intense measurements on everything. I need sleep tracking, heart rate and overall fitness tracking. It does all of those just great.
Amazing, the best part is that I can sleep with it and it doesn’t bother me at all. Strength training has been very good also and the data seems to be very accurate. I can’t wait to have more band color options to order and only thing I’d say is try to make the band a bit more stretchy for comfort purposes!
Great experience so far. I’ve had whoop for 6 years and I’ve been trying both out now for two weeks. The Zepp app displays things almost like whoop but the calculations are different. I like the battery analogy like garmin does which Zepp uses biocharge. I like that the biocharge changes with my strain/activities. Something whoop does not do. I give a 4 because Zepp all needs more of a polished ui and to create their own style and not copy so closely what whoop has done. Also the strap sucks!!! Invest in better straps. Something sleek and modern. People will pay for them.
Its good but its should be more strap for it , sometimes you need to change the strap , also for people who have blood pressure they need to check it if you have to update , but at all its very good. Regards
