Its ok but I find that the step counter to be off i tested it against my wife's and sister's watches it was way off

I live the strap! I didn’t want a smart watch where all notification came in but I still wanted something that would keep track of my body stats( calories, sleep, oxygen etc)

No complaints! Switched from Apple Watch series 9 to helio strap. Super lightweight, barely notice it on my wrist and I work a physical job, I also use the bicep band and that is even more unnoticeable
