Terrible Design

I purchased this washing machine in May 2026. I was incredibly disappointed. Not only did the top half of the clothes not get wet (on auto mode, have to bypass that to actually get water), but it barely moves the clothes around to get them clean. All of our clothes came out with soap residue on them. If you wash a bigger load using the Max option, then it will sort of work. Again, it doesn't move the clothes around well enough so there's very little agitation to actually get the clothes clean. This is also a very loud machine. Every movement is a loud whir sound (I've always had top load machines, and this is definitely the loudest one so far!), so I guess you get what you pay for. I'm not convinced the quality of any of the materials will last long either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
