The cooling has been consistent, and it keeps food and drinks at the right temperature without noticeable fluctuations. The icemaker has also been reliable and produces a good amount of ice for everyday use.
The design looks modern and premium, and the controls and storage areas are easy to use. I also appreciate that it’s relatively easy to clean and maintain. So far, I haven’t had any issues with corrosion or noticeable wear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hole where the ice comes from is too large. It's cut out beyond the button you push, making peices of ice shoot out everywhere. Other than that I love everything else about the refrigerator, the space & the looks.

Love this Samsung Bespoke AI Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Samsung refrigerator which replaced an old LG! This model had the best reviews. I had to wait over 2 weeks to get the black stainless color but it was worth it. I like how it cools very well insides, the adjustable shelf for tall items and how the door shelves are clear black. I like the height of the external icemaker and the three types of ice I can get. The craft ice is cool! I like the placement of the water filter also. I like how the doors open and seal without the need to have an overlap in the middle of the two doors so it’s easy to open and close. I have other Samsung AI appliances so it’s great to access the fridge through my phone app. I don’t like how it was hard to pull all the plastic covering from the outside although I appreciate the protection.

This refrigerator is wonderful. I love the sphere cubes and regular ice cubes. All the bells and whistles door alarm and fresh water dispenser. Clean easy to clean print free finish. And very spacious.
