Great product not fully intuitive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator looks great and is high quality. The manual could be a little more focused on the basic use procedures. We have figured everything out except how to get ice to go to the freezer but are working with the sales team to teach us that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is a replacement to my old Samsung. We find the incremental improvements wonderful. Such improvements are AI controls, sphere ice cube shapes, more adjustable shelves and lighting.

Great fridge so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fridge so far, easy to install and use, got down to temp quickly after installed, to get in our kitchen the doors needed to come off, which were surprisingly easy to do unlike many refrigerators

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received our first Samsung refrigerator. Appearance is classic French door. Smooth opening and closing of all doors. Refrigerator still going through settling process, but has already begun cooling and freezing. Interior is spacious for a counter depth model. So far very satisfied
