Like freezer on bottom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice flys all over the floor. You need more space for taller objects such as milk jugs, salad dressings, creamer and other condiments. We’ve only had it a few days so can’t comment on other items at this time.

I have enough room for all my tall stuff and the inside is customizeable to be able to accommodate more wine and taller items. I think my new favorite feature is that after my designated time the light is much dinner, making those midnight snacks easy on the eyes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Edited to say: I turned the freezer down to -2 degrees and the humming decreased a lot! I can barely hear it now! If you are replacing an older refrigerator, and this one seems loud in comparison, hang in there for a couple days and try decreasing the freezer temperature and you should be good to go!! The craft ice maker acclimated and is now making the 6 craft ice per day it is set for. The crushed ice maker is a bit messy so you need to put the cup right up against the top to keep ice chips from flying out, and ice residue stays inside the opening so when it melts, it drips a little. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning. Once I got all the air out of the water line, the water dispenser did stop dripping. The refrigerator looks beautiful and keeps my food nice and cold! Overall I'm really happy with my new refrigerator.
I just received my refrigerator so I can't give an extensive review. I can say that it hums...which is annoying. I'm sincerely hoping I get used to it soon. I wish both middle shelves would have the feature to retract because I'd like to have more room for tall items like milk or juice jugs. Right now the water dispenser drips but supposedly that should stop soon. I hope it does.

New Fridge, who this...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Black Stainless Steel looks great brand new, but finger prints and scratches are easily noticeable (delivery person used a box cutter to remove plastic at top edge of freezer door and caused small scratches, wish there was a marker to repair color). Plastic covering doors can be difficult to remove around edges and where gaskets are. Had to add refrigerator to Smart Things app to adjust temp and ice settings, but easy to do in app (Manual buttons inside door have been unresponsive so far when pressed). Wheels make fridge super easy to slide in or out. Flat/square cover over door hinges is better than older models. Wish the top shelf was adjustable too. Outside of color finish, smart capable, quad ice maker, zero clearance door hinges, Fridge spacing and physical components very similar to our last Samsung fridge.
