Overall great build only issue is the middle piece white under the belt does not match the while bricks. It appears to look light pink next to the white bricks. It’s an eyesore. I will try and spray paint these to be more white.
This set got me into the holiday spirit. A relaxing build that works well with my other holiday decor. This makes me wish Lego would come out with more characters of this size rather than an influx of Brickheadz. I’ve always wished a Ron Weasly set would have come out years back, then the Harry and Hermoine set was released. Maybe consider trying one or two various characters and see what happens. Spider-Man? Elphaba & Glinda? Stitch?
Great build and it looks amazing EXCEPT for that white printed piece of the belt, which is semi-transparent so it appears reddish and just ruins that line. Lego you can do better.
I really enjoyed building Santa with my daughter. We use the app and the book to build it. I really hope they release a miss clause for next year so we can have both on the mantle for the Christmas season.
This is such a fun build! The build is easy and a perfect way to spend a rainy afternoon. The instructions are easy to read and he went together smoothly. I love that his arms and legs move and that Santa can sit down to visit with children. I enjoyed this build so much I also made Santa a brick built candy cane and sewed a toy bag for all the Lego surprises he is bringing on Christmas Eve. He is going to make an adorable display this a Christmas and every Christmas for many years to come.
