lousy volume control

I bought about 3 weeks ago. I have now several different pairs of jbl ear buds. Unfortunately I am disappointed in this pair. I bought them to wear while cutting my grass to help drown out the noise from the engine. The volume on these earbuds doesn't help in the least. With the volume all the way up on my devise and all the way up on the earbuds, you still cannot hear the music playing. I've got several other pair of earbuds from jbl that have a much better sound.

Good headphones…but

Headphone battery life is great as well as the charging case battery life is also great although the headphones tend to go out of place so I would have to give them only three stars because the whole point of these headphones are to stay in my ear and I'm having a lot of difficulty with them not popping out of position while I'm running and or walking around and doing work stuff Sound quality and the volume is great but like I said before The headphones coming out of the ear constantly is a big pain But

We appreciate your feedback. Our JBL Endurance Zone is designed to be worn securely using its flexible over‑ear hook, which keeps the earbuds stable during workouts. To wear them correctly, place the earbud in your outer ear and then rotate the hook up and over the back of your ear. Adjust the hook until it sits comfortably and stays in place when you move.
