Gets clothes clean but gets out of balance easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 10 year old leaky LG front load washer with this Electrolux 400 series washer. Gets clothes much cleaner since the detergent tray takes pods. I like that this washer adds a bit of hot water to dissolve the pod better. Unfortunately, this washer does not handle small loads well and easy gets out of balance on the spin cycle. I have a Weathertech seat cover for the back bench seat of my car. It takes forever for this washer to complete a spin cycle when washing this seat cover by itself. My old LG washer never had a problem with the spin cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this unit as a set with dryer to replace 20+ year old top load washer. I love the look of this washer. I'll admit since this was my first front-load, I was nervous about leaking issues, but after doing my research I got over it and went all in. Pros: It looks great, easy to use, and does a great job washing the clothes. The front load means I no longer have to bend over and reach deep to grab that elusive sock at the bottom. Cons: If anything, I'd wish for two things: One: That the top of the washer had a backstop to keep clothes from falling behind the unit, and Two: That I had purchased the pedestals to raise them up.

So energy efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This front loading washing machine uses so little water compared to the Samsung one I had before. I have to keep checking my clothes to see if they were truly washed, and they are! The clothes are spinned a lot dryer as well, so they dry quicker. I’m glad I purchased it during the great recent sale!
