[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this washer enough times within the last month of owning it to determine that it is a good washer. It definitely uses way less water than my previous top load washer. HOWEVER, I am not entirely convinced that it does as good of a job at getting out stains as my top load washer did with an agitator...and may I add that I am talking about spaghetti type stains and watermelon/blueberry juice stains....probably the worse stains out there! On a positive note, I have found that when I select heavy duty with stain treat that it seems to do the job. Only downside to that is that the wash time is about 98 minutes which seems crazy long to me. Otherwise I absolutely love how quiet it is which is a huge plus for me and it is super easy to use. Although I do not use PODS, I like that is has an option specifically for them. Maybe when I use up the gigantic tub of detergent I have, I will buy some PODS and see if they do the job. Overall, I am pleased with this washer and we got it for an awesome price at our local appliance store.

There are three issues we have so far. 1.The power button is too sensitive and can easily be activated while a wash cycle is in progress resulting in the unit being powered down and then the cycle has to be completely restarted. 2. There should be a lock panel option when a cycle is in progress, not just when it is idle. 3. There is no volume control for the end of cycle chime to make it quieter or louder.

Practically perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was hard to say goodby to my last washer, but I didn’t know what I was missing. This washer is simple but has just enough features to feel high end. It’s very quiet without sacrificing power. It lets me customize my settings for different loads. My only complaint is that if I’m folding laundry while the washer is running, it’s very easy to bump the power button and cancel the cycle which is obnoxious because there’s no setting that remembers or picks up where it left off.

Quiet, excellent cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although it's still too early to give a thorough review (washer delivered a week ago), initial impression is that the washer does an excellent cleaning job. I detail my car each week so the microfiber towels get pretty grimy. However, the Electrolux is able to remove all the built-up stains that my previous Maytag was unable to handle. Additionally, it also removed what I thought was a permanent stain on a bed comforter that's been there for years. So yes, the cleaning is impressive. My previous 2 washers (Samsung, Maytag) only lasted 7 years each, so I'm hoping that this Electrolux is more durable. My only concern is the inaccessibility of the water pump filter which is normally at the lower front panel of the front loader, but this no longer exists and you would have to call a technician to clean the filter located inside the unit, which tech support advises once a year maintenance.

Great Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New washer replaced a 17 year old Frigidaire front loader. We went with Electrolux as they acquired Fridgidaire, so we are hoping for the same quality and longevity. The washer is very quite and cleans perfectly in hot or cold wash cycles. Highly recommend.
