Very satisficed with the performance of this washer a great improvement over the Fridagadare Gallery that it replaced. Having only done four loads thus far.

Wish I could return this

The dryer does not properly dry. It balls up anything large (Sheets/blankets) into a ball, trapping items inside of it. The "fins" on the inside of the dryer are smaller and I'm wondering if that's what causes it. Our last dryer with larger "fins" did not have this issue.
The buttons on both the washer and dryer are not very responsive. We have to hit them multiple times to get them to work.
The beeping seems to be only able to be turned off each time we use it, not permanently. So if someone forgets to do this extra step, it beeps until someone opens the door.
The washer is LOUD. I'm not sure if it's not adjusted properly since the deliver guys weren't able to do it and we had to do it ourselves, due to the supposed missing part, that wasn't actually missing.. but the washer itself is much louder than I've heard a washer to be.

Last washer and dryer we will ever need

Highly Recommend

We have only had this washer a week, so maybe it is too soon to review from the stand point of how long this machine will last. So far I can not fault it for how well it washes the clothes, and how quiet it is compared to my old washer. Still experimenting with all the different variations in the programs, but just a normal setting in everything works even on the whites. I also love the fact that you need very little detergent for the wash, even with a full load.

Best Washer We’ve Used

Honestly blown away by this washer so far. The spin cycle is incredibly fast, our clothes practically feel dry coming out of the machine. Haven’t used all the settings yet but excited at the prospect of an 18 minute load for when we need it. Clothes feel so clean. Truly thrilled.
