This is our first experience owning a front-loader, and it has exceeded our expectations. Despite the numerous wash settings and options available, it is very intuitive and easy to use. Our clothes consistently come out clean, fresh, and smelling great. We also appreciate how quiet it runs compared to other machines we’ve owned. Overall, we both agree it has been a fantastic purchase and a worthwhile investment for our home.

don't waste your money

Don’t buy

I HATE this machine. I hate the options on it. The rubber is perfumed and making me sick since day one. And it over suds my cleaning towels when I don’t even add detergent and doesn’t clean regular stuff well. Then the rinse and spin instead of drain and spin is the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen. I’m so fed up. I’m never buying Electrolux again.

SO LOUD !! Why is it rocking so much ???

My new washer was delivered 3 days ago. The first wash, the machine was shaking side to side and was moving across the floor from the amount of power from the spin. I tried less clothing in a cycle, and the same thing. A crazy powerful rocking from side to side and so much noise, it sounds like it'll fall through the floor (and it looks that way too) I have been doing my laundry without spin and wringing them in the sink before putting them in the dryer. I'm VERY dissatisfied.

Loud sound

I only had this washer machine for one month. It was a very expensive purchase and was highly rated by the salesperson. However, when it starts a normal wash cycle it makes this very load noise. Service is coming to look at it, but that’s not a good sign for me to think this washer will last ten years. I want to return it for another model one that is quite and will last.
I was trying to send you video I took with my phone but it’s asking me y tube video and I don’t know how to do that.

beware

cycles are reversed as there is no soap during wash cycle-yes, I have sat and watched the whole process. have called Electrolux-their answers-do clean wash cycle-done-no difference-use white vinegar in rinse cycle-done-no difference. last time washed towels had to do 6 extra rinse cycles to get rid of soap-no water or energy saving there

No suds during wash loaded with suds during rinse/extra rinse. Doing another rinse/spin no help as machine begins emptying process at 9 minutes of 12 minute cycle. Something is very wrong with this machine
