They recommended this product due to its durability and one that is not frequently called upon to be repaired. We needed that! Excellent product so far!

Quality Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced a 14-year old front loader that we liked. We purchased Electrolux because of its reputation as a quality product. The installation was a breeze and using the machine is straight-forward. It runs efficiently and quietly and so far we are quite happy with our purchase. The only option I wish it had was a way to increase the volume of the alert beeps. If you keep your unit inside the house, you will appreciate how quiet it is. Ours is in the garage and unfortunately neither of us can hear it when it completes a cycle. This is a minor inconvenience as I just put an alert on my phone. The unit seems well-built and sturdy and it is aesthetically pleasing. The loads we have washed thus far are clean and spun nearly dry, lightening the load on the dryer.

Gentle on clothes

I’m still figuring out how all the features work (like the steam feature) as our washer didn’t come with a manual. Overall I’m very happy with our purchase and recommend it. Love the blue.
