Best cleaning washer I've ever owned and I'm 71. I have had trouble contacting the manufacturer at the phone number provided when I had questions about the set up . Im still wondering if the 5 plugs that the instructions to cover the holes the removal of the shipping things in the back are needed as they were not supplied with the washer? Seems to work fine without them. I bought both washer and dryer pedestals which make it at a nice hieght to use the washer.

The Machine was easy to setup and start and has done a very nice job of cleaning clothers. It also does a great job of making it easy to dry the clothes because of the spinning cycle.

Lot of choices, whatever load I want this machine can handle. It is quiet and has a pleasant chime when the load is done. What a neat idea to have a clean your machine notice.

SO LOUD !! Why is it rocking so much ???

My new washer was delivered 3 days ago. The first wash, the machine was shaking side to side and was moving across the floor from the amount of power from the spin. I tried less clothing in a cycle, and the same thing. A crazy powerful rocking from side to side and so much noise, it sounds like it'll fall through the floor (and it looks that way too) I have been doing my laundry without spin and wringing them in the sink before putting them in the dryer. I'm VERY dissatisfied.
