I have had the washer for a few weeks now, and overall, it has been great. I love the color of the washer, the aesthetics were really important to me as we were remodeling the laundry room, and I wanted it to be a space I enjoyed being in. Additionally, I wanted to make sure that the washer we chose was of great quality, and for the most part, I have been satisfied. The spin cycle on the washer is great, as things come out barely damp with no dripping. So far, the gentle cycle has treated my garments well and every single wash has been super quiet! My only complaint thus far is that after every wash, when I open up the detergent compartment to let it dry, it is filled with water. I have to pull it out of the machine entirely and dump the water in the sink. Overall the washer has been great, but the front load design does come with a bit more maintenance than my previous top load.

Great dryer!

My mom has the electric model of this and really enjoyed it. I find my gas to be just a bit better. More even in quicker drying and everything comes out fluffy and nice.

Decent Dryer

Pros: Looks nice, color and design. Love the controls. Every option you could need for proper drying. Some loads require the perfect steam option to get wrinkles out (like bamboo sheets) Large capacity. Quiet. Now....
CON: THE LINT TRAP. What a mess. Complete design FAIL. You unsnap this trap that has two sides hinged in the middle. Falls open and you have to scrape out 4 screens of lint. While doing this, the lint is on your shirt, your sleeves and it's falling on the floor from the crevices. This lint trap has wayyyyyy to many areas to small to clear completely. I had to sink wash it twice just in the first few weeks of use. I get the idea of why they thought this might be a better idea than just one wide screened panel but it’s just too busy and it’s a complete mess. I grumble every time I have to empty it. Also hair gets stuck in the panels inside the dryer to the left and right of the lint trap. I pull hair from there every load. I almost returned it but I just live with it.

Love our new gas dryer.

Love this dryer, quiet and efficient. Much better lint screen than our previous dryer. The additional settings are prefect especially for small, delicate loads. Reversable door worked out great as well.

Beautiful dryer

I love the multiple option it has but doesn't heat up as much as i expected it to. I have leave my clothes for an extra 20mins on high to dry completely.

Front load washer

Only used a couple times but so far it has been great. No issues. The cycles seem long for what we need. It’s just me and my husband and our clothes don’t get that dirty. Still trying to figure out the different cycles. But so Love it.
