Great machine so far

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have been without a dishwasher for the last 12 years and this has been the single biggest improvement to my kitchen since I moved it. The online functionality is okay but is cloud dependent so it doesn't work if your internet is down. That's a shame and while it's a "big" detractor for me, it's the only detractor. I really like the third rack for the cutlery - no more basket and never knowing if the cutleary will come out clean; now cutleary is clean every time. The racks are well spaced and the adjustability of the middle rack is a great feature. I can adjust it to match what I'm washing. I also really like not having to worry about plastics anywhere in the washer. A larger item can be put on the bottom and it's all good. Time will tell how it stands up over time but it appears to be really well designed and constructed so my expectation in many years of trouble free operation.

Great Dishwasher

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This model is 300 series but comes with Zone Wash! You can download the app for more washing options but you don't have to. The dishwasher runs without the app. My dishes come out not only clean but shiny! I use rinse aid. They are dry also. I usually run it before going to bed and open it the next morning. It's super quiet too but that all depends how water hits the dishes. Zone wash is a little louder but we can still talk over it. The third rack (cutlery tray) holds so many cutlery and small dishes. I don't bother using the utensil basket. I'm very happy I bought this model after searching which Bosch best suits my needs.

Unbelievably quiet, very customizable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic dishwasher. There are so many great features, but I will highlight a few that I think set it apart. First, it is incredibly quiet - to the point where I sometimes can't even tell it's running. Fortunately, there is an indicator light that shines onto the floor while it's running - another neat and unexpected feature.
This dishwasher has a third rack for utensils, and there is also a traditional utensil holder in the first rack, so it holds a lot. With my old dishwasher, I was always running out of room and filling up the utensil holder long before I could fill the rest of the dishwasher, which meant running pretty inefficient loads. Not an issue anymore!
I was initially skeptical about using the app, but I was curious and decided to give it a shot. I'm glad I did; it has become one of my favorite things about the dishwasher! I like that I can customize options based on what I've actually put in the dishwasher. The "zone wash" is a really nice feature when I have a pot or dish that needs some extra attention, but I don't necessarily want to subject the entire load to a more intense washing. Since the app also tells you the estimated run time and at what time the cycle will finish, it's super convenient to plan when to run it. Overall, the wash cycles take much less time than my previous dishwasher, without sacrificing cleanliness.
It really has everything I could want in a dishwasher, and I continue to discover new little things all the time that reinforce how much I love it. It may sound weird to be so excited about an appliance, but it's something I use every day so I want it to be just right!
Bottom line: I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone who is looking for one that is super quiet, customizable and efficient.

Organizing, cleaning and washing dishes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First experience with the flatware top rack and it is helpful in my opinion. This gives a nice option and not only makes the flatware easier to clean because they are not crammed in a basket but also makes it easier to organize my forks, knives and spoons. A flatware basket is available and we use it in combination with the top rack for odd or large shaped utensils.
I initially was confused about how to start the dw. Once I learned this and became now more familiar, I find using the dishwasher simple and clear. The dw is extremely quiet and the dishes come out spotless, clean AND dry! The dishwasher is balanced and operates with ease. I appreciate the ease of use and the efficiency of its main duty...washing dishes!
