Love new dishwasher

Love this dishwasher. Cleans all my dishes spotlessly.
Only complaint is the section in the bottom front. Hard to place bowls there.

Washer good- app sucks

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought 300 series. Installation ok, but should have put connections at front so they don't get in the way pushing unit into cavity. Door is flimsy. Wiggles from side to side. Must close only from exact middle of handle. Cleans well. App is terrible. Tried many times to use delay start. Didn't work. Unintuitive. Needs to be made simpler and functional. 1 button, delay start. 1 button, run. I should not have to navigate multiple steps on a daily basis to get it to run at the time I want. Fix the door, put a delay button on the panel and I would buy another. Blow up the app and start over
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We have been disappointed with the dishwasher racks in our new Bosch SHP53EM2N. We expected that the flexibility and usability we appreciated in the racks of the 26-year-old Bosch dishwasher we replaced would have improved over the past two and a half decades, but unfortunately the opposite seems to be true. We even found ourselves watching online videos to better understand how to load it effectively. They were not helpful as the "expert" had the same difficulties we experience.
The lower rack design is particularly frustrating, as the Power Scrubber is positioned beneath an area that is really only suitable for plates rather than pots and pans. In addition, the middle rack is awkwardly configured for placing cups and glasses securely and efficiently.
