No Change on Allergy Status

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I love this device, I'm not a fan of the change. I'm not sure if it is the Acrylate on the body or something else, but my ears burned as soon as I put them in. It causes a big issue with the tissue in the ear to scab and discharge fluid where the body is touching. I had to return them within a few days. Samsung needs to fix this pronto! I hate using buds from another company.
