[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only been using the new S2 for a few weeks and now the flashing toothbrush symbol is lighting up. What's with that? Also, the button to turn the brush on or off is stuck so hard I can barely turn it on. What's with that? Overall, I am not happy with your products.

S2 brush head TOO SMALL

The brush head on this new "S2" version is WAY TOO SMALL. S2 is ~25% smaller than the original S!
Please bring back the original "S" for sensitive teeth.

I usually get what I assume are regular brush heads, but saw these and thought maybe they were worth a go with my sensitive teeth. I just tried it for the first time and definitely don't like these. The brush won't go any stronger than the lowest setting and my teeth are not clean. It's too bad I got a four pack, I'm not dealing with this for a year, so now I get to buy a new pack of a different kind and never use these, great use of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this toothbrush but still need improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good toothbrush in the Philips series. I have been using it for almost a month now and the toothbrush has served well it purpose. I love the sleek design of Philips toothbrushes and this one didn’t fail my expectation.
3 modes: the 3 modes clean- white - gum care are the same as other products so nothing exciting. I also dont feel much different between the 3 except the little purses of the white mode.
3 intensities: not much different also. I often use the max one but my teeth would not be very clean after 1 single use.
Overall this is a good toothbrush for using daily but don’t expect much if you have been trying other Philips toothbrush. If you want to upgrade from other older toothbrushes then this will be a good choice for you
