Love this product and holds a charge for weeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had Norelco all my life, I'm 54 and I decided to get cute and Buy a Wahl which was garbage and never held a charge. I will never again buy anything else but a Norelco!

Too cheap to include a crucial component to charge

Disappointed that you couldn’t include the usb charger with it. I pay for the device but now have to use something I already own or have to purchase just to be able to use it.
I’d leave a review about how it actually works, but I have to go find a cube just to charge it. What a shame.

Disappointing Performance Compared to Previous Phi

In past years, Philips made some of the best trimmers, so I expected this model to offer better quality and improved technology. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The trimmer feels average, or even below average compared to other products on the market. The blades are not as sharp as expected, especially when using the zero-gap blade. After shaving, some hair is still left uncut, particularly around the bottom area of the face, so the shave does not feel clean or smooth. Overall, it works more like a lower-quality trimmer than a premium Philips product.
