[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free to test. The toothbrush is above average for the different settings. I took 2 stars off because the app is less desirable. It's a glorified timer. There are tips and videos, but you really only look at them once. My problem with the app is that I don't always take my phone with me when I brush my teeth, but it forces me to, which makes me go back into the other room to get it when I forget.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try the Series 7100, but it wasn't worth the extra cost for me. The cleaning doesn't feel much different from other Sonicare brushes I've used, and the app adds very little value beyond confirming you've brushed for the recommended time.
I was also disappointed that it only comes with a USB charger, which isn't very convenient. Thankfully, it works with my older Sonicare plug charger.
Overall, it's a good toothbrush, but I could have bought a cheaper Sonicare model and been just as happy.

Phenomenal Brush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would oh so most definitely recommend this brush to anyone out there - literally if you want your teeth feeling on a daily basis that you just left the dentist for a cleaning without evening going to the dentist. This is exactly what this brush gives. It literally gives you life like a whole new mouth but fresh and clean gums. It has amazing features 4 different settings for modes of how to take care of the team and has a sensor for pressure. It charges and the case also charges it while you’re away on vacation or business trips. Lightweight and does not take up much space the app is so cool because you can even focus on top or bottom left or right side with brush timer never have worry did you brush long enough it automatically tells you and it tells when to replace brush head and tracks daily brush. Even provides tips along the way that are personalized to your brushing style this is the ultimate luxury brush

Slimmer Compact Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the new Philips Sonicare for free as part of a product test. It is slimmer and more compact than my old Sonicare 9500. It has all the same features, but in a lighter handle body. I've used all the settings on the brush and they work well. I use GUM HEALTH in the morning when I don't have time to floss and CLEAN in the evening. The travel case is much smaller than the 9500's case which makes it easier to travel. I took away a star, however, because (i) the travel case isn't USB-C and requires a custom plug and (ii) the base charger is old school USB.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love how easy it is To use, I love how it connects to the app and you can see your use. I am impressed with the way this product holds a charge. I love how you can choose different settings for each use as well. The only thing I did not like was at times the brush will not connect to the app and the only way to reconnect is to put on the charger and take off. Other than that, I would highly recommend this product to all my friends and family!

I Love the New and Improved Sonicare Toothbrush

This is my third Sonicare Toothbrush over the last twenty or so years and it is my favorite. There is an App that tracks my usage and provides a visual map of where I should be brushing. Since I am a long-time Sonicare Toothbrush user I set my, I set my brush for the highest intensity and selected clean & gums for my brushing routine. The app shows six sections of the mouth, i.e., top right, top front, top left, bottom left, bottom front, and bottom right. As I brush a banner turns blue to indicate the section that has been brushed. When brushing is complete, the brush automatically goes into gum mode which is a slower with a lighter intensity. The banner turns blue as you guide the brush along the gum line for each section. The brush also monitors the pressure you are applying to your teeth and gums. If you are pressing too hard, the bottom of the toothbrush lights up alerting you to lighten your grip. Too much pressure can damage the enamel and gum tissue. The app not only tracks the daily brushing but it asks you to indicate how many times you flossed, cleaned the tongue, and rinsed with mouthwash for a minute. It really motivates you to brush daily and for the entire time. The app also keeps track of the number of times you have used the brush so it can alert you in three months when it is time to replace the brush head.

Toothbrush is great, Phillips brand name, not

I have always gone to Phillips electric toothbrushes. When you order two toothbrushes bundled together wouldn't you think they would each come with the same accessories? Was incredibly disappointed in Phillips as a brand that they only offered one rechargeable traveling case instead of one for each toothbrush. Poor business just to make more money.
