I love that Sonicare has made a sensitive brush!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thus far I have really enjoyed using Sonicare's Brush for Sensitive Teeth. It is gentle yet still thorough at cleaning really well. I loved how it didn't my my teeth ache of feel sensitive at any point. Other brush heads I have used in the past are too rough for my liking.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product has true soft bristles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose a 5 star rating because the bristles are really soft. I normally bleed when brushing and I haven't experienced any kind of bleeding with this. I also love how it fits on any Sonicare toothbrush. Probably the best Product I've ever used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It could really be good if tweaked a little. It's too sensitive on teeth and teeth don't feel clean after using.

I usually get what I assume are regular brush heads, but saw these and thought maybe they were worth a go with my sensitive teeth. I just tried it for the first time and definitely don't like these. The brush won't go any stronger than the lowest setting and my teeth are not clean. It's too bad I got a four pack, I'm not dealing with this for a year, so now I get to buy a new pack of a different kind and never use these, great use of money.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear that these brush heads didn’t work well for your needs, especially with sensitive teeth — that’s definitely not the experience we want for you. The limited intensity and the cleaning results you described shouldn’t happen, and we understand how frustrating it feels after purchasing a multipack. Please feel free to reach out to us on Facebook/Instagram (@Philips) or X (@PhilipsCare). If you prefer, you can also contact us through our support page: https://www.usa.philips.com/c-w/support-home/support-contact-page Warm regards, Philips Consumer Care

The bristles are soft but vibration uncomfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bristles are super soft but a bit too long for me. The vibration is so intense that when I try to brush the back of my top teeth, it tickles so much I have to wait until the toothbrush turns off to brush that portion of my teeth. It is so uncomfortable that I do not look forward to brushing my teeth with this electric toothbrush.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brush head on this toothbrush is not rough at all. It is small but well-formed. I can move it about easily in my mouth and it reaches without feeling heavy or clumsy.

S2 brush head TOO SMALL
on March 10, 2026

The brush head on this new "S2" version is WAY TOO SMALL. S2 is ~25% smaller than the original S! Please bring back the original "S" for sensitive teeth.

I wanted to like this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, I had trouble adjusting to the size of the S2 Sensitive toothbrush head. Although it cleaned my teeth well, I didn't feel as confident using it with the supplied rechargeable toothbrush handle as I do with my Philips Bluetooth handle that works with the Philips app. However, I'm still satisfied with how the S2 cleans my teeth.
