Super Soft

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using soft bristle toothbrushes since my dentist told me it’s all we generally need. The Sonicare S2 Sensitive brush head is amazingly soft. For me, it was a nice introduction to using a Sonicare toothbrush instead of a manual toothbrush. I feel that using the ultra soft brush head helped me get comfortable with the sensation of the vibration of the device without also experiencing stiff bristles against my teeth and gums. The brush head is narrow enough to fit behind my back molars, which lends to a cleaner feeling after brushing. Following the directions for brushing with the device still leaves a complete clean feeling overall. Storing the brush head with the cap in place seemed to sometimes leave the bristles misshapen. There was no discomfort at all using this brush head, however it felt almost too soft at time such as when brush my tongue. The ultra soft bristles seem to curve considerably during brushing at times seeming to move as a unit rather than individual bristles.

Soft bristles, wish the head was smaller

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brush head has very soft bristles which do a good job of cleaning my teeth without irritating my gums. I would actually have given this 5 stars except for one thing. The brush head is hard to get behind my wisdom teeth. There's not a lot of space behind my upper teeth to brush and some brushes fit a little better than others. I also have a missing tooth, so brushing in the gap was awkward as the brush head kept hitting the tooth on the other side of the gap and would make a terrible sound due to it being a vibrating head. If you have sensitive teeth/guns, and you don't have a small mouth or tight spacing between your jaw and back tooth, I would highly recommend this brush head. I would still recommend the brush head if you had those problems, just not as highly.

It's very soft with thin bristles. I love the way it feels and it leaves my gums and teeth feeling smooth. Also the fact it versatile and fits any of our Sonicare toothbrushes is amazing.

Ideal option for sensitive teeth and gums

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips Sonicare S2 Sensitive replacement brush heads are an ideal option for those with sensitive teeth and gums. The brush head snaps on and off the toothbrush with ease. The individual bristles are thinner than those found on the regular brush head and they have a lot more 'give' when you press down. This results in a gentle cleaning experience. Every few days I will up the intensity to the medium setting for one cleaning, because I do start feel a little build-up behind my crowded lower front teeth. I am also enjoying the toothbrush's gum care feature, which allows me to gently massage my gums after the brushing routine. With this ultra soft brush head, my gums are getting a healthy experience without irritation. My teeth are looking and feeling great while using this brush head. I am getting the healthy, thorough clean I seek from a toothbrush/head and I am very satisfied with this brush head.

I love these toothbrush heads. This is my first time using this type and I really love how they feel on my teeth and gums. It does a terrific job cleaning in the most gentle way. I previously purchased off-brand toothbrush heads and they tore up my gums, so I was thrilled when I received this one. It’s a great quality and so soft for my sensitive gums. I’m sure my dentist will agree.

Bristles are super soft

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use a soft bristle manual brush so was excited to try these Ultra Soft Bristles. The head was very easy to attach to the Sonicare electric toothbrush. I thought it was pretty neat once the head was in place, the toothbrush automatically found the right settings. The bristles definitely feel super soft and gentle against my teeth and gums, softer than a regular brush. It also seems to me that my teeth feel cleaner, slick like when you leave the dentist after a cleaning. The brush head is much smaller than on a manual one though, which was a little difficult to get used to. Regardless, I like the Ultra Soft brush heads better.
