Warranty is garbage

The warranty is garbage. They say they're bottles are only leak proof if they're upright. Three different emails about that. They want me to tell them that it leaks when it's upright. Nothing leaks when it's upright. Things when they are leaned to the side or inverted and that is what the proof means it means whatever Direction you put it in it's not going to leak. If I have a glass of water according to them it would be leak proof and if I turned it over and Spilled it on the floor would be my fault right. Otherwise that glass is just perfectly leak proof garbage warranty
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The aesthetic is stunning—the artisan powder coating with a gold underlay beautifully echoes the Kintsugi philosophy of embracing imperfections.
