Spinner Breaks Fast

I've had this on my phone for a week, and the spinner has come off twice now already. There is a way to open up the popsocket and screw it back on but it's extremely difficult to do. I love the weight of it and it seems to be made well otherwise. All my other popgrips have always been very well done. I've reached out to customer service about this one and we will see what they say...

Thought it might be plastic-y or shiny, but it is a vibrant color with nice matte texture.

She just put it on her phone and she loves it! She was very impressed that I went with " as she called it " the best in the business! I'm not into the pop sockets like a lot of folks but my wife is and to see her smile is all I needed! Thank you guys for being number one in my house! Merry Christmas
