The only reason I give it a 4 is because sometimes it easily falls off. I lost it once and had to retrace my steps. Thankfully my co worker held on to it for me. Otherwise it’s adorable!

It’s super cute in looks and design. But it falls off almost daily. For how much I paid for the product I would’ve expected better quality. I can get a much better quality product for a cheaper price point. I won’t re-purchase from this company.

Hi Dalton, thank you for taking the time to write a review. We recommend you to twist your PopTop when expanded, then collapse it. The problem should be resolved by doing that.
