Cool in theory, but the foil peels off

I bought this specifically to go with a crystal ball phone case. It looked great when I first received it, but in the course of 3 months the foil has peeled off of all but two letters (an o and a 5). The peeling foil actually pierced my skin a few times. This was a very cool concept, but it was poorly executed. I’d love to load a photo, but don’t see a place to add it.

It’s squishy…why? That’s crap to keep hold of my phone from falling, and when you use it with the mag safe pop socket, the ears go into the photos unless you turn them a certain way……it’s a bad design I don’t like it
