Broke within a month

The pop socket itself is cute and well made. The mount is a different story. The top came out of the mount while I was holding it. This caused my phone to fall into some water below and break. I had to replace my phone. I bought this product for an upcoming vacation. It didn’t even make it until then.

Cute but doesn’t stay on

It’s a really cute popsocket and it does a decent job of propping up my phone. Those are the only pro’s. I have a case that allows you to change the popsocket and unfortunately this one falls off constantly. No matter how I use it, it inevitably falls off. I also should have checked the size because it is much bigger than I anticipated. Super cute but disappointed.

Things get inside top

Things get inside through the tiny holes on the back and now I can see a dog hair that is bugging the crap out of me. No way to get it out. Also has yellowed dramatically and looks ugly now.

Hat broke off

I love Harry Potter and was so excited to get this pop socket. The sorting hat never gets much play and having all the houses was amazing. The second day I had it, the sorting hat fell off. It had come off the first day, but I was able to re attach it. By the second day it had fallen off while I was carrying or transporting my phone somewhere. I kept the socket on my phone for awhile without it. It’s still cool, but lost a bit of its luster for me. It is also super heavy and weighed my phone down a bit. I hope they fix the issue and release an improved version.

Its a beautiful piece, however much too heavy to actually use on an every day basis. Also does not fit into all my popsocket phone holders. Kind of disappointed to be honest.

Like a Polly Pocket ornament

Giant chunky plastic heart - I love it because I can always spot my phone! You can still lay the phone flat with it on, it's just raised a couple of centimeters off the table, and I can still watch the phone horizontally by using the top of the heart (the rounded parts) as the support
