Very sharp edge

I don't know if I received a defective top, or if this is how it's made, but the top has a VERY sharp edge on the underside of it. It was very uncomfortable to hold and made my fingers so sore I had to file down the edges with a fine grit sandpaper. I'm a longtime popsocket user, and this is the first time I've experienced this issue.

This is a cute Mickey pop that's very festive! The white and green-ish sparkles on it are a wonderful finishing touch.
