Super glue to the rescue

The metal material made this have a premium feeling… until it broke. There’s a small plastic(?) ring on the inside that holds the magnets together. It also helps the pop socket clasp open and close. The ring loosened after a couple weeks of use and made the pop socket clasp fall out of place. I was able to use some super glue to put it back and stay there. It’s been working great ever since. Hopefully it won’t happen again but it was a disappointing experience for the amount that I paid for

Love the new capability of this! Solid kick and great pop. Easy to use one handed and extra magnets make it very secure. Works well with an iPhone in an Otterbox.

The magnet and pop-out part are as strong as ever, and the new kick-out stand is something I never knew I could be so happy to have. It’s incredibly sturdy and a total game-changer. Love it!

Not real metal

It good in the functional sense. It's a popsocket kickout, it's a stand and grip and all that however, it's not metal. It's still plastic. The base is plastic and looks and feels like plastic, they didn't even try to make it shiny to look like metal. The the part that pops out for you to grip it looks like metal but is obviously plastic. You can tell by the feel.

Gone but not forgotten

I loved it while I had it, but within 24 hours of putting it onto my phone it was gone. One moment I was comfortably using my phone on the bus and the next my pop socket was no where to be found. I guess it got knocked off while I was on the bus? I miss it but I can’t afford to immediately rebuy something I only just bought, especially if it’s not going to stick around.
