Breaks in a Day

These are so stinking cute and I wanted to love it so badly! But I can't as they are designed poorly and break within days of using. I bought my first one and after using it for one day, the hand spinner broke off. I contacted customer service (which was amazing btw) and got a credit for another one, so I ordered the same thing, thinking the issue was with the pop socket. Got my second one today and the hand spinner has AGAIN broken off in a day! 🙁 design flaw, shouldn't have even been marketed honestly. These are on your phone. Scratches are expected but for a piece to break off? Shouldn't have even made a spinner in my opinion. Unless you're going to frame it and NOT use it, don't waste your money, it'll break

Too heavy

This pop socket is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately I think the weight of it is too much for the connection onto the stick pad because it keeps randomly falling off. To clarify, the sticky part is stuck on my phone and the metal snitch itself keeps unlocking from the base and falling off.

Broke in less than a week

This is by far my favorite popsocket ever made. It’s beautiful, but I’m bummed that the little pin holding it on broke and I haven’t even had it a week. I don’t set my phone on the popsocket, I set it face down and I’m very careful. I’m gonna miss this one😔💔

Doesn't stay attached to the base

The idea behind this popsocket is cool, but it just won't stay connected to the base for me. I am using it with a magsafe base, and with other popsockets I've been able to rotate the grip itself without worrying about it twisting into the 'remove' position - it usually takes a few pounds of force to be able to twist and remove a popsocket top. With this one, it is constantly rotating into the 'remove' position and popping off without me even touching it. The act of pulling it out of my pocket has made it separate on a few occasions now, and I'm going to be ditching this top and going back to a traditional top. I did buy it on clearance, but it's got some flaws that weren't known or mentioned in any other reviews.

Sturdy plastic. Flat top and bottom so it sits nicely on surfaces. Love attaching to swappable keychains or the mag grip on the back of my phone.
