I am so glad I didn't purchase iPhone 6 when I was deliberating between that and this beauty. My partner has iPhone 6 but Galaxy and Android in general support a better range customization for what I do. I always needed a phone as fluid as S6, doing academic research on my phone and across multiple devices. The only weird disadvantage that S6 has is lack of water proof feature, ironically introduced by Samsung itself. The battery doesn't last long enough for all the functions that it has to offer. However, the truly fast charger catches up on that to some extent. For the first time, I considered to buy a portable (solar) charger or something.
I upgraded from the S2 to S4 to S6. By far their best yet. The handset design is nice, I prefer the new power key placement and the speaker/headphone arrangement. Great sound, much louder than the S4. The glass and metal make it smooth and beautiful. But, the battery life could be improved, it runs like my S4 with all the new features. The new glass screen scratches easily compared to the old plastic, but a screen protector can do wonders. I also like that I can "folder" all my unwanted/unremovable apps.
I am very satisfied with my Samsung S6. When S4 was launched, I told myself I MUST have this. True enough Samsung S series is user friendly. Now that S6 was launched, again I am enjoying it most specially the camera. I am not a techy person but with Samsung cellphones, everything is easy. Looking forward to more high technology phones of SAMSUNG.

The open windows button on the left side of the start button is a royal pain when typing! The microphone button on the typing keyboard should also be in a different location. Both are very sensitive and will and will activate or open when attempting to activate the Symbols /Alphabet key. Particularly when holding the phone vertically.
Other than that I love this phone!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, professional quality camera

I love the speed of the 6, much faster than the 5, the screen is wonderful, very bright even outside. Apps are seamless but a few bugs are still present, I just updated so I will see how things are now.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, fast
Cons: battery life
I would recommend this to a friend!
